Heliac Energii Controls Solutions (“Heliac Energii”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) aims to ensure transparency and fairness in all return and refund matters. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, process, and timelines for returning products purchased from HeliacEnergii.com.
By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.
1. Return Material Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be authorized in advance.

No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by Heliac Energii Controls Solutions.

To request an RMA, customers must:

Reason for return
Once an RMA number is issued, the product must be shipped back within 7 calendar days. Returns received without an RMA, after the allowed timeframe, or with incomplete documentation will be rejected.
2. Returns for Defective Products

Defective products may be returned within the applicable warranty period.

All defects must be reported during the warranty period stated on the invoice.

Upon receipt and inspection, Heliac Energii Controls Solutions will determine whether the product qualifies for:

Replacement (new, used, repaired, or equivalent), or

Repair, or
-
Refund (only if replacement is not reasonably possible)

Replacement of the product is the primary and preferred remedy. Refunds are issued only if no suitable replacement is available after reasonable efforts.
3. Returns for Non-Defective Products

Requests for non-defective returns must be made within 10 calendar days from the invoice date.

If approved, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.

Returned products must be:

Unused

In original condition

Complete with all accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for approved non-defective returns.

Products received after 30 days or not meeting return conditions will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products marked as non-stock, special order, or pre-purchase

Products ordered against confirmed customer specifications

Products already shipped and handed over to the carrier

Items returned without RMA approval
5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on banking and payment gateways.

Shipping, handling, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Shipping Costs & Risk During Return

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Customers are strongly advised to use a traceable and insured shipping method.

Heliac Energii Controls Solutions is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
7. Packaging Requirements
To avoid damage during transit, returned products must be securely packed:

Use proper packing materials such as foam, bubble wrap, and anti-static bags

Each item should be packed individually where possible

Multiple items in one box must be separated with protective material

Do not write or place labels directly on the original manufacturer’s box
Returns received damaged due to improper packaging will be rejected.
8. Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
If you receive a shipment that is damaged or incomplete:

Refuse delivery from the carrier if possible

If accepted, note the damage or missing items on the carrier’s delivery record

Retain the original packaging

Notify Heliac Energii Controls Solutions within 5 calendar days of receipt
Failure to report damage or missing items within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the product in good condition.
9. Inspection & Final Decision
All returned products are subject to inspection. Heliac Energii Controls Solutions reserves the right to:

Approve or reject any return

Determine the condition of the returned product

Apply restocking or refurbishment charges where applicable
The company’s decision regarding returns and refunds shall be final and binding.
